TCLocal (home of the Tompkins County Relocalization Project) is a research effort whose eventual goal is to create an emergency plan for relocalizing the production and distribution of essential goods and services in Tompkins County. More immediate goals include raising community awareness about the coming end of cheap liquid fossil fuels, commonly referred to as Peak Oil.
